We strongly recommend purchasing online tickets in advance. A limited number of same-day timed tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
EL MUSEO MEMBERS
All El Museo individual and corporate members receive free admission. Current Members will receive an email from our membership office with a discount code to be entered when reserving your ticket. Walk-ins (non-timed ticket holders) will be granted admission based on availability.

HEALTH & SAFETY
To ensure the health and safety of our visitors and staff, and to improve your experience at the Museum, we have developed new visitor guidelines. See below.
Face coverings are required. All visitors over the age of two are required to wear a face covering upon entry and throughout your visit.
Temperature screening upon entry. If you receive a reading of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, we will ask you to visit another day.
Maintain physical distancing. Visitors should stay at least six feet (about two arms’ length) from others and groups.
Wash your hands frequently. Help prevent the spread of germs by washing your hands often and/or using the hand sanitizers available throughout the Museum.
Please follow directions from El Museo staff. Visitor capacity is controlled and reduced in Museum galleries.
El Museo’s main entrance is on 5th Avenue between 104th and 105th Street. The main entrance, our galleries, our café, and the store are all fully wheelchair accessible. An accessible ramp is located on the right-side of the stairs on 5th Avenue. Accessible restrooms are available on the first floor near the café.
