Ponte Ready with Lynsey Ayala, the owner, and curandera of Bread x Butta! Lynsey will guide us through a relaxing meditative session and sound bath, a practice of ‘bathing’ in sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls.
