Pedro Giraudo, award winning bassist, composer and arranger—whose music has been described by critics as “an opulent listening experience”—leads a Tango Ensemble of bandoneon, piano and strings in a celebration of Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla. The program will feature music written and inspired by Piazolla and a tango dance performance by innovative dancers/choreographers Ana Padron and Diego Blanco, founders of New York City based dance company Tango For All.
