MUSICA
Afro-Latina recording artist, societal advocate, and poet Nitty Scott will be headlining this year’s DIA DE LAS MEMORIAS! Artist, vocalist and performer STEFA*, will join headliner Nitty Scott, performing songs from her recently released EP ‘Sepalina.’ In addition, Sociedad Records will be on deck spinning beats throughout the night.
FOOD + DRINKS
Tajin, in collaboration with Chef Claudia Sandoval will present tastings of nouveau Mexican food.
For drinks, Dobel Tequila and Tajin will join forces to present unique cocktails inspired by Dia de Muertos.
Argentine vineyards Crios will be serving white, red, and rose wine.
ART + FASHION
Artist collective, the Fortoul Brothers will present a large-scale site specific installation in El Muse’s space, specially commissioned for this event. In addition, artist Tlisza Jaurique will present an altar dedicated to the Goddess Itzpapalotl, an important skeletal deity who appears in various Mesoamerican tribal cultures.
