Live Performance Rates:

• $ 3,000 Per Performance (3-hour event maximum) (Includes 8.25% NYC/State tax)
• $ 2,000 (Not-for-Profit rate: 501c(3) letter required)

Special Weekly Rates:

• $10,500 (Maximum of 6 performances)
• 8,500 (Non-Profit: Maximum of 6 performances)

Management Administrative Fee:

• $500 and up

Film/TV Rates:

• $ 5,000 and up; (10 hours)

Educational Rates:

• Available upon request (day time on weekdays only).

Staffing Fees:

• House Manager: $25/hr
• Technical Director: $25/hr
• Audio technician: $25/hr
• Lighting technician: $25/hr
• Guards: $15/hr
• Maintenance: $10/hr
• Coat Check: $10/hr
• Plus 17% taxes, including NYC/State and FICA

Equipment Fees:

• Basic Public Address system: $250/day
• Lighting System (included)
• Video Projection: $250/day
• Genie Lift $175/day, $300/week, $500/run of show
• Standard Audio System $250.00 to $750.00
• Marley Dance floor $350.00 for one day-additional $50 day per use
• Piano $650 (includes one tuning)
• Piano Tuning (additional tunings) $150-175

Required Minimum Staffing:

• House Manager
• Technical Director
• Guard(s) (One per every 300 persons)
• Maintenance Person(s) (One per every 300 persons)
• Additional technical staff requirements at El Museo's discretion and vary greatly depending on complexity of event.

Educational rates are available only upon application. Special criteria required in order to be eligible for these rates are the following:

• Performance is used to outreach to New York City Public School children.
• Performances is scheduled Monday through Friday, before 2 PM.
• Performance does not exceed one hour and 15 minutes.

Please note:

• An event supervisor and at least 2 guards and 1 maintenance person from El Museo is required for each event.
• Technical staffing requirements vary depending on the nature of the event and are up to El Museo's discretion.
• Staffing fees are billed beginning one hour prior to event and end one hour after event to allow time for set up and break down. Organizations with events running overtime will be billed for additional hours.
• Rehearsal rates are $100 an hour plus staffing.
• Audio system may not be rented without El Museo's technician, however you may bring and operate your own system (company switch available).
• The use of El Museo's in-house lighting system requires minimally the use of 1 El Museo's supervisory lighting technician.

El Museo del Barrio reserves the right to increase required staffing levels as deemed necessary.
