MUSEUM RENTAL FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

Overlooking the Conservatory Gardens in Central Park, El Museo del Barrio, located in the historic Heckscher Building on Fifth Avenue, can offer the priviledge of entertaining your clients while exposing them to our wonderful Latin American and Latino art exhibitions.

By renting our galleries, you have the use of our lobby and courtyard for cocktails and/or dinners. Our galleries, lobby and courtyard are available from 6:30pm Mondays through Sundays.

Capacities

Standup cocktail reception in lobby only:
– 100 guests

Standup cocktail reception in lobby with galleries open:
– 175 guests

Standup cocktail reception in lobby and courtyard without galleries open:
– 250 guests

Standup cocktail reception in lobby and courtyard with galleries open:
– 500 guests

Sit down dinner in courtyard:
– 120 guests

Maximum number of visitors permitted in galleries at one time – 280 guests
