Admission to galleries is by suggested donation.

El Museo is closed on the following public holidays: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. El Café will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1.

El Museo is accessible to wheelchair users. Street entrance is 1230 5th Ave bet. 104 and 105 Streets. Wheelchairs are available for free at coat-check (first-come, first-served). For questions, contact Glendalys Sosa, Assistant Retail and Visitor Services Manager: 212-660-7110.
    Assistive Listening Devices

Subway
#6 train to 103rd Street station, walk one block north to 104th Street, then two blocks west to Fifth Avenue.
#2 or #3 train to 110th Street and Lenox Avenue, walk one block east to Fifth Avenue, then south to 104th Street.
