El Museo del Barrio presents its first-ever NYC Gay Pride celebration event, The Legendary Project, a staged modern dance performance by contemporary choreographer and director, Ferdinand De Jesus, based on the spoken word/music collaborations of Nuyorican poet, Emanuel Xavier and producer El David. Through dance and movement, The Legendary Project celebrates our very own Latino Gods, angels, kings and queens, poets and dancers.
