FITTING IN: Arts Integration in the Classroom
Calling all educators! Before you wrap up the school year and pack up your classrooms, come explore the many ways the arts can "fit in" to your curriculum and enrich classroom learning experiences. El Museo del Barrio is pleased to invite you, your colleagues, and administrators to a full day of engagement with El Museo's educative resources. Come meet with peers who have successfully integrated the arts in their classrooms through partnerships with El Museo, and hear from leaders in arts education about preparing our students for the 21st century's creative economy! The afternoon session will focus on art exploration and discovery through our permanent collection, as well as practical application in your grade level and content area.
