Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for the design, management and implementation of all institutional advancement and development efforts.  S/he will integrate a comprehensive fundraising strategy to raise restricted and unrestricted gifts and grants in support of exhibitions, education and public programs, general support, capital, endowment and other special programs. The Director of Development will oversee a robust program of individual, corporate, and foundation giving, while also providing critical leadership in shaping El Museo’s enhanced communications efforts. S/he will lead a team that encompasses development managers and associates, marketing and communications staff as well as interns and freelancers.

Security and Facilities Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking to fill the position of: Security and Facilities Field Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Security and Facilities Manager in the day to day operations of the institution. The ideal candidate for this position will be technologically savvy. Specifically, you will be responsible for operating security alarm, CCTV, access control systems and situational management of day to day 1st floor operation.
