PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Onsite and offsite professional development workshops are offered as half-day or full-day programs. Workshops provide classroom and after school teachers, community organization staff, and administrators with an opportunity to explore El Museo’s collections and exhibitions and learn strategies for integrating visual material in the classroom.

EDUCATORS' OPEN HOUSE
Wednesday, February 27, 2008, 4:00 – 7:00 pm

El Museo welcomes K-12 teachers and college educators to preview Arte ≠ Vida: Actions by Artists of the Americas 1960-2000. Participants may attend guided tours, experience workshop activities, meet with Museum staff, learn about upcoming programs and resources, and schedule a group visit.
