COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS & UNIVERSITY GROUPS

Community organizations and university groups can schedule a guided tour or
hands-on workshop led by a museum educator.

Program Time & Group Size
Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00pm-4:00pm. The maximum group size is 30 participants. Call (212) 660-7113.
Fees: Guided Tour: $125; Hands-on Workshop: $175.

UNIVERSITY SELF-GUIDED VISITS

College and university instructors can schedule a self-guided group visit to
El Museo. The instructor may choose to lead students as a group or allow them to disperse throughout the galleries. Advance reservation is required.

Program Time & Group Size
Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00pm-4:00pm. The maximum group
size is 30 students (with at least one instructor). Fees for Self-Guided Visits are $4 per student, $6 per adult and a $35 processing fee.

PRIVATE TOURS

Adult groups may schedule a guided tour of the exhibitions on view with a
museum educator during Museum hours. Groups requesting tours after hours
will incur additional fees.

Fees: Guided Tour: $150;
Hands-on Workshop: $200.

OFF-SITE PRESENTATIONS

Lectures are available related to El Museo’s collections, exhibitions, and Latino cultural celebrations for schools, libraries, senior centers and community organizations.
